Every part of the day has its place.

Your team needs the order details. You need to see what was recorded, what changed and what is still outstanding.

01

Orders & tables

Open a table’s order, add items and edit quantities or notes.

Explore the details

See order status and occupancy time. Transfer an order or selected items where its state allows; transfers and merges have order and discount restrictions.

Orders & tables
02

Payments & receivables

Record more than one payment method and see what was paid or left on credit.

Explore the details

Apply a fixed or percentage discount within permissions. Return to credit orders and record partial or full collection. A Visa or InstaPay record does not process a bank transaction.

03

Menu & item quantities

Review prices and availability, and see quantities for items with tracking enabled.

Explore the details

Low and exhausted indicators help you review stock. Current tracking counts menu-item units; recipe ingredients belong to the planned work.

04

Team & changes

Cashier, waiter and management tools follow their assigned roles.

Explore the details

Review recorded order changes and the staff member associated with them. Current roles are predefined; wider custom permissions are being developed in the new version.

05

Reports & day summaries

Review ordered and checked-out items, payment methods, discounts and collections.

Select a period and revisit saved operational-day summaries. These review recorded amounts; drawer variance is a separate capability in the new version.

Details worth seeing clearly.

Three examples explain local-version capabilities. Each is separate from the interactive demo and from any café’s real records.

01 / Payments & receivables

A 200 EGP bill. How was it paid?

80 cash, 70 InstaPay and the rest on credit. Record each amount, then return to the named customer’s outstanding balance when they pay later.

A 30 EGP discount is not 30%.

On a separate 200 EGP bill, a 30 EGP discount leaves 170; a 30% discount leaves 140. Direct entry follows supervisor permissions, while other staff work within the configured ceiling.

The customer moved.
Keep the order in context.

Transfer a whole order, or select items and quantities for another table. When an item is added or a quantity changes, return to the order and bill details.

What matters when transferring?

Order, table and discount states determine the permitted action. For a partial transfer, a fixed discount remains on the source order; some combinations require rejection or bill review. Review your scenario on the actual version before use.

What was closed?
What is still uncollected?

The item report separates ordered from checked-out quantities. Credit orders show debt, payments and the remainder, so you can examine the details behind a single total.

What do these figures mean?

An ordered item is not necessarily checked out. Outstanding credit is not cash received. Current reports support review; they are not profit accounting, bank settlement or cash-drawer reconciliation.

Want to try an order yourself?

Choose a table, add an item and review the bill. This simplified demo uses an Arabic interface. The mixed-payment and transfer stories above are separate explanations, not controls in this demo.

1 / 3 — Choose an available table

A reconstruction of the current local version, with an Arabic interface and fictional data; no real orders or payments. It does not represent a cloud edition, AI features or parity with a new edition. Leaving the item screen discards its unsaved draft.

The Cafflow we’re building, step by step.

Running a café goes beyond recording an order. These next steps broaden the picture, with a visible status for every part.

The new version: deeper money and menu controls.

These capabilities are implemented in the new foundation and undergoing development and testing. They are not yet available for live café operation.

In development & testing

Cash-drawer variance

Compare the cash actually counted with the amount expected from recorded movements.

Explore the details

Illustration: expected 1,200, counted 1,180, shortage 20 EGP. This differs from the shift summary in the local version shown.

In development & testing

Refund records that preserve the original

Link a correction to its original payment so the paid and returned amounts remain visible.

Explore the details

A recorded refund of 30 against a payment of 100 leaves a net 70. Recording a correction does not execute a bank refund.

In development & testing

Keep the debt, free the table

Complete the order and retain its outstanding debt for later collection.

Explore the details

The new workflow separates credit from table occupancy. This does not change the behavior of the current demo.

Also: structured extras and menu schedules

The bigger picture: from ingredients to owner decisions.

Explore the details
  1. Menu availability based on the ingredients needed to prepare an item.
  2. Waste and cancellation effects based on actual preparation.
  3. Physical counts, variance review, consumption and cost reports.

A financial refund alone does not return ingredients to stock.

Will it work with my computer and printer?

Compatibility depends on the computer model and OS, printer model and connection. Prepare these details and your device count before buying new equipment.

What is the EGP 1,490 for?

It is the starting monthly subscription price for one physical branch. Hardware, printers and network equipment are separate. Software, setup, training, support, taxes and extra costs are specified in the quote before agreement. There is no payment on this website.

How will staff learn to use it?

Does stock mean ingredients and recipes, or menu items?

In the local version shown, it means menu-item units, such as bottles of water. Ingredients, recipes, ingredient costing, waste and counts are planned, with their status shown in the development section.

Can I run my café on it now?

Not yet. It is not available for commercial operation or real orders and money. Explore the website explanation, then contact us to review the actual software and its readiness before installation.

Are all these capabilities available today?

No. There is the local version shown, capabilities in development and testing in the new version, and planned work. Every future group shows its status; future capabilities are not available in the current subscription.

Is this website demo the software itself?
